Abstract Submission
18 abstracts are usually accepted for presentation at poster and oral sessions during the Annual EAUN Meetings.
You can submit your abstract(s) on-line through the online abstract submission system. The abstract submission website will be available as of 1 July 2007. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 December 2007 (Central European Time).
Accessibility
The Milano Convention Centre (MIC) is easily accessible by public transport. Milan’s metro system is the easiest to use and also the most efficient way to get around the city.

Cellular phones

Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the 9th International EAUN Meeting will be handed out at the session room together with a Programme Book.
Congress bags
Each delegate receives a voucher for a congress bag which includes an EAU programme book, abstract book and exhibition manual.

EAU Digital Video Library
The EAU Digital Video Library will be operational during exhibition hours in the exhibition area. A wide choice of videos from the European Association of Urology including the videos presented in Milan and at past EAU Congresses can be viewed on request on individual monitors.
All videos can be copied to DVD, a service that is provided free of charge for all congress delegates.
EAU Education Office (European School of Urology)
The European School of Urology (ESU), working with European faculties, aims to provide high quality international educational courses in urology. The ESU has a special booth at the congress with extensive information on the activities of the European School of Urology. Registration for the courses can be made online through the online registration system.
Exhibition

Language
All presentations during the congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the EAU. There will be no translation provided.
Local time
From the end of March until the end of October, Italian time goes from GMT+1 to GMT+2 (GMT = Greenwich Mean Time).
