Scientific Programme

Considering the rapid developments of urology and the diversity of urological nursing in Europe the development of urological patient care poses a great challenge. Since its inception in 2000, the European Association of Urology Nurses (EAUN) has committed itself to understand and meet the diverse needs of urological nurses on the continent. Although this is a mammoth task, it is a task that is essential if the goal of high quality patient care is to be realised throughout Europe. One increasingly valuable tool in the sharing of nursing knowledge is the EAUN Annual Meeting.
The EAUN, with generous support and encouragement from various EAU offices and an increasing number of supporting companies, is resolutely committed to a range of activities that will meet the research, practice and development needs of Europe’s urological nursing community.
