GENERAL INFORMATION

An extensive exhibition will be jointly held with the Congress in hall 5 of the Milano Convention Centre (MIC). The exhibition will be open to all technical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and scientific publishers.
At the 23rd Annual EAU Congress we again expect about 9.000 urologists from ±100 different countries. This is a unique opportunity for your company to enhance your corporate visibility among the global urological community, as well as to promote your products and activities among the congress delegates.

The Congress will be held Wednesday 26-Saturday 29 March, 2008. As requested by many exhibitors, the Exhibition will open just three days, from Wednesday 26-Friday 28 March. 

In the section Floor plans you can find an overview of the division of all halls of the MIC, so that you can see where the different sessions will take place.

The scientific sessions will take place at the different levels of the MIC, at the balcony of Hall 5 and in Hall 6 (eURO Auditorium). At the balcony of Hall 5 is also a large restaurant. The balcony and Hall 6 can only be reached by means of the two escalators in the middle of Hall 5.

The general maximum building height in Hall 5 is 6 m., under the balcony (the back part of the hall, behind the blue dotted line) the max. building height is 5 m. 

The price for "space only" is € 550 per square meter (excl. 20% VAT). A reduced rate of  € 275 is offered to publishers, booksellers and journals. All reservations of exhibition space after February 1, 2008 until March 1, 2008 are subject to a surcharge of € 100 per square meter. The minimum booth size is 9 square meters. The exhibition space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
