Aims and objectives:
For the past year, the ESAU board has focused a great deal on pure science and on exploring opportunities for institutional growth with an international perspective. This session will review old problems concerning the andrological training scheme and the powerful technique of brainstorming will be used to generate suggestions and ideas which will help to achieve our objective. There is still a lack of interest in this project and certain issues need to be defined. Our aim is to focus on trends in clinical andrology, broaden and ensure a high standard of andrological training and create a network of educational centres all over Europe. It is our intention to encourage and instill curiosity in European specialists, by providing some helpful background on this innovative way of delivering andrological training.
