Exhibitor Registration
Please read the following instructions carefully before making an exhibitor registration
Exhibitor registrations have to be made through the online registration system.
The booth confirmation documents include, free of charge, according to the size of the booth, special exhibitor badges, for the employees of the exhibitor, and for persons acting on behalf of the exhibitor. These badges are to be carried by their users at all times on the exhibition grounds.
Exhibitors are only entitled entry to the following areas:
· Technical Exhibition
· Sponsored Symposia
· Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail
SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
- If exhibitors wish to participate in the scientific sessions they must register as a delegate. This can be done through their company or through the online registration system, please go to the Individual registration page for detailed instructions.
REGISTRATION FEE
- € 50,- (excluding 20% VAT) will be charged for each additional exhibitor badge

The Corporate Sponsors of the European Association of Urology as well as the Symposium Organisers of the 23rd EAU Congress will be given exhibitor badges free of charge without limitation. The exhibitor badge gives free entrance to the exhibition grounds as well as to the satellite symposia. All additional exhibitor badges will be charged.
Exhibiting companies have the right to apply for complimentary free full registrations as stated below:

Just these complimentary free full registrations are valid as a delegate badge and as an exhibitor badge, so that these badges allow early entry into the exhibition hall as well, according to the time schedule for exhibitors.
Please note that the normal congress badges do not entitle to enter the exhibition before the official opening hours, not even if the congress badge holder is an employee of an exhibiting company!!!
HOW TO MAKE YOUR EXHIBITOR ONLINE REGISTRATION:
- A username/password combination will be sent to companies who have ordered a booth. In case you did you receive a username/password combination you can request on at exhibitorregistration@congressconsultants.com
- Go to the on-line registration system; sign in, select 23rd Annual EAU congress.
- Use the sign-in details (username+password) to enter the website
- In the menu on the left side you will see 1 created registration with reference number MLN-xxxx
- You can add participants to the registration by clicking on the 'add' button.
- You can save your registration for later. Your registration will have the status 'online pending'. You can enter the website at any time to edit your registration.
- If you are finished you have to submit your registration and finalise the payment. You can choose to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
8 March 2008: deadline online registrations. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from 26- 29 March 2008.
COLLECTIVE PICK-UP(by a representative of your company)
- When you register a group and wish to pick up your delegates' congress documents, we strongly suggest that you make an appointment on 24 or 25 March, since 26 March will be very busy and no appointments can be made. Please contact exhibitorregistration@congressconsultants.com if you wish to make an appointment on Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 March (the exhibitor desks will be open from 08.00 till 20.00).
- If no appointment has been made your representative can only collect your delegates' congress documents upon presentation of the confirmation at the exhibitor desk on 26 – 29 March 2008.
INDIVIDUAL PICK-UP (by the exhibitor)
- If exhibitors are going to collect their badge individually at the exhibitor desk, you will receive a separate confirmation for each exhibitor. Please make sure your exhibitors receive these confirmations. Congress documents will only be handed out upon presentation of a registration confirmation

Terms of payment
· If payment of the registration fee has not been received prior to 8 March 2008 your exhibitors will have to pay on-site in order to obtain their badge.
· All payments must be made in Euro
· Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page), cheque or bank transfer
· Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the EAU Central office. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees
· Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time.
· All refunds will be handled after the congress
By cheque
Cheques must be in Euro, made payable in the Netherlands and made out to order of Congress Consultants B.V. EAU Milan 2008. All cheques must be sent with details of registration reference number and delegate's name to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.

Registration reference number and delegate's name must be quoted on your bank transfer to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.

AMEX, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the EAU Milan 2008 on-line registration system.
NAME CHANGES
- Name changes are free of charge and can be made online until 8 March 2008. After 8 March name changes have to be reported by e-mail to exhibitorregistration@congressconsultants.com
DEADLINE
8 March 2008: deadline online registrations. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from 26-29 March 2008.
